Much of the film is lighthearted or humorous and you have a ton of fun watching it but then there are several moments that can't be described as anything but awkward. The director of Troll 2 believes that he did a good job and thinks that the rise in its popularity is due to people finally realizing it's genius. It almost makes you cringe as he discovers the real reason people love the film and tries to defend it as the rest of the cast and crew tear the movie apart. Probably the hardest part to watch is when they visit the actress who plays the mother in the film, Margo Prey. She is delusional and thinks that the movie is comparable to Casablanca.
All in all this documentary is worth a watch and might even be worth owning.
